Dear Stephanie:

I am a friend of Teresa Cavender's, and we get to see each other most Thursday mornings at Bible Study. She has kept us posted on your fight with breast cancer. I just wanted to write and offer encouragement to you. I, too, recently walked the 3 Day for the first time to honor my sister who died from breast cancer in 1998. She was 38, and left four daughters and a legacy that is continuing to this very day. Keep hold of the Anchor of Hope which is ours in Christ Jesus. She held fast to Hebrews 6:19 all during her battle, and I know you will be victorious!

p.s. congratulations on being chosen for the commercial!

Hi Stephanie:

My daughter... who participated in her third walk as part of the Asphalt Angels Team... gave me your website. Our paths crossed several times during the 3-Day. I was the tall photographer with black hat on backwards...

I am so very glad your son got to finish the walk... I know it meant the world to both of you. One of the co-captains of the Asphalt Angels wasn't so lucky. She was the one sped off in the ambulance from Camp on Saturday evening... she ended up having four bags put into her.

I am very sorry I didn't stop and introduce myself... but now I have your website. I took around 500 images during the walk. I listed my photo website above. I also have a link to Cindi Smith on the main page of my 3-Day Gallery... Cindi is a survivor I met through PBase and met for the first time at the closing.

God Bless you and your family...

Warmest Regards,

Ronnie

Thanks for the warm words. I didn't want anyone missing out on your web site. I'm not sure the way the site generates the link is very intuitive for the end user. To view Ronnie's web site click on his name. If that should fail, copy and paste link this link: http://www.pbase.com/rbroom . Enjoy his wonderful photos!
